The Inner Circle Video Club is an ongoing series of live webinar recordings from the team behind Orderflows, one of the more respected names in order flow trading education. New sessions are added regularly, so the library grows over time.

This isn’t introductory material. These are advanced concepts that go beyond what’s covered in the standard Order Flow Trading Course — topics that require more context, more nuance, and more hands-on explanation than a structured course format typically allows. What’s Currently Inside

Intra-bar Delta

Delta is one of the most practical tools in order flow analysis, and this session focuses specifically on what happens inside a bar as it forms — not after the fact, but in real time.

The presentation covers Max Delta and Min Delta in particular detail. These are two data points that most traders either ignore or don’t fully understand, which is a missed opportunity. Delta won’t tell you exactly where the market is going — nothing will — but it gives you a meaningful read on buying and selling pressure that most price-based indicators simply can’t offer. If you’re going to focus on just one order flow concept, delta is a reasonable place to start.

Unfinished Business

Unfinished business refers to a condition where volume exists on both the bid and offer at the extreme of a bar. The prevailing view in order flow circles is that these price levels tend to get revisited. This session takes a more skeptical look at that assumption. The instructor explains why he doesn’t rely on unfinished business signals and what he sees as the limitations of this concept in live trading.

Major Imbalances

Standard imbalance thresholds in order flow software are typically set around 400% — meaning one side of the market is absorbing roughly four times more volume than the other. Major imbalances push that threshold significantly higher, sometimes to 1000% or more.

At those levels, you’re not looking at routine order activity. You’re seeing evidence of large players entering the market — and because institutional size can’t be executed instantly at a single price, these imbalances tend to play out across multiple prints. That gives attentive traders a window to observe where committed capital is entering before the move fully develops. It’s not a crystal ball, but it’s a structural edge that most technical analysis, which is almost always lagging, doesn’t provide.
