If, for any reason, you do not receive your course or experience a technical issue, please contact us at coursocean@gmail.com. Our customer support team will get in touch with you within 12 hours and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If we are unable to provide access to your purchased course or resolve the issue within the promised timeframe, you will receive a 100% refund of the total amount paid.
Before requesting a refund, please allow us the opportunity to assist you. Most issues can be resolved quickly by our support team.
Refund Eligibility
A full refund will be issued if:
