My name is Derek Chapman.I want to share with you a remarkably simple process that has revolutionized my hypnotherapy practice and significantly boosted my income. This discovery came after I invested over £150K in various training programs. Despite all the valuable information I gained and applied, I still struggled to achieve the results and attract the clients necessary for my practice to thrive.Then, during one of the many workshops I attended, an idea struck me: what if I could create a metaphor to help clients dissociate themselves from their problems effectively? One day, while browsing my local market, I came across a set of Russian dolls. If you’re not familiar with them, they are nested dolls that fit inside one another, symbolizing dissociation perfectly. This sparked a flurry of ideas in my mind about how to incorporate this concept into therapy.Eventually, I developed what I call the “Spatial Emotional” change work concept’, which I named “The Russian Doll Technique®.” This approach is unique in the hypnotherapy world, and the results have been astounding.I first used the technique to cope with my father’s illness and death’. It provided me the emotional space I needed to manage my grief. Since then, I’ve applied it to address and swiftly eliminate challenging issues such as drug and alcohol addiction, gambling problems, irrational fears, and severe phobias.Both clients and fellow hypnotherapists have been impressed by its effectiveness, resulting in a steady stream of referrals. I have also had the privilege of teaching this technique to many hypnotherapists worldwide’, including Jason Linett from the USA.
